PlowTrax      Route Assignments Feature

 

Create Route Definitions using the Add Route option in the Setup menu:

 

 

 

Type in a Route Name and Description, then click on the Add Route button

 

 

Click on Close button when done adding Routes.

 

 

 

To assign Customers to Routes, use the Route Assignments option in the Setup menu:

 

 

Select a Route from the drop down list.

 

 

Select a customer from the NOT assigned list. Click on the Add button to assign the selected customer to the Route:

 

 

Repeat until Route Assignment is complete.

 

 

 

 

Click on the Save button to save the Route Assignments:

 

 

Click OK:

 

 

Use the Route Assignments with the Auto-Data-Entry mode to make adding Service Call data even easier.

 

 

 

Just select a Route from the drop-down list and the customer checklist will only contain the customers assigned to the selected route.
